From time to time other non-profit organizations ask the Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society (SFRH&MS) to sponsor or otherwise donate funding to projects which are considered to be mutually beneficial to both organizations.
The SFRH&MS Board of Directors will evaluate each donation request on its own merits. Granting of donations is solely at the discretion of the SFRH&MS Board of Directors and submission of an application is no guarantee of approval. Projects involving preservation of Santa Fe archives, artifacts and equipment will be given priority. You will be notified of the Board’s decision within 6-8 weeks after your submission. Larger donations may be made in multiple payments mutually agreed upon by the SFRH&MS and your organization.
Submissions will require the completed application form along with additional documentation to support your request.
