  • Registration w/Banquet is $105 before May 1, $125 after. Includes RPM, up to 5 clinics, vendor room, reception and banquet
  • Registration w/o Banquet is $40 before May 1, $50 after.  Includes RPM, up to 5 clinics, vendor room and reception.
  • Additional family w/Banquet are $90 before May 1, $100 after. Includes RPM, up to 5 clinics, vendor room, reception and banquet.
  • Saturday Banquet extra ticket is $70.
  • For other family members, optional tour of the Heard Museum and Phoenix Art Museum on Saturday is $75 (lunch not provided).
