The purpose of the Modeling Committee is to promote Santa Fe prototypes with manufacturers and to assist those manufacturers in making their models correct for the Santa Fe. The committee is made up into two general areas: the steam and transition era (up to 1955) and the diesel era (1955 – 1996). We are working on recruiting others for the BNSF era.
