2025 Convention : Full Registration

  • FULL REGISTRATION: Includes clinics, contests and displays, Saturday Evening Awards Banquet, Sunday breakfast, one Convention pin, and one Convention patch.  Additional family must order pins and patches separately.  You must be registered as Full or Family to be eligible for the Extra Fare.

    The SFRHMS Member Discount does NOT apply to convention fees and merchandise.

    Registration closes after May 5, 2025.

    Additional Banquet & Breakfast Tickets

    Each Full Registration includes one Saturday Banquet ticket & one Sunday breakfast ticket. Below are tickets for additional guests that may be joining you.

    Extra Fare Trips

    Full Registrations above do not include extra-fare trips. Full registration or additional family registration required.

    Convention Accessories

    To be picked up at the convention registration table. Shirt orders must be received by April 25, 2025.

    Vendors

    Vendor area will be open Friday & Saturday (Setup Thursday). The price is total for both days (no single day price). Vendors do not need to be registered for the convention. Separate vendor registration is available for $20. Vendors are responsible for any sales tax, licenses, fees, insurance, etc. Bring your own extension cords if electrical connection is needed. If you are interested in tables for display only (no selling) please contact the convention chairman.

    • Full refund before May 1, 2025.
    • 30% refund before June 1.
